“House was super clean, felt like I was home…”

“Problemas con la ducha del baño, se dañó y quedó encendida con agua caliente saliendo no cerraba, tardaron 4 días en atender la situación. Los números de teléfono para llamar no funcionan, nadie los atiende, la asistencia al cliente vía Email, es decepcionante, Expedia me ayudo a contactarlos pero fue imposible.”

“I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!”

“Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of……

“The resort community was very clean and felt very safe. The only con was that the home was advertised with amenities that you actually had to pay a significant amount to utilize, such as a crib, gas grill or heat for the hot tub!”
