"Live eight nights here. Frankly speaking, no any service attitude to customer from the restaurant female manager. Refuse my request to switch the breakfast from one day to another due to the very early check out of the last day. Please underatand I am paying for the good service from a five star hotel, but you make me feel I am facing a government office."

"The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend."

"The room is all full of golden stuff but too shining to make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is very unique and helped me relax my muscles. I kind of wish all the hotel rooms provide that facility. The breakfast in the cafeteria was mediocre and food in the restaurant was above average. There are not many good dining places downstairs unless you take a taxi. Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but...

"two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. I have to change money to pay for local expenses. "

"the room was in an old building, poorly lighted. the room is poorly maintained, even though they tried to stuff the room with amenities, it did not give the comfortable feeling. The furniture was probably 20+ years old and never updated. The hotel is at a convenient location and that's the major reason I booked it."
