"Room was great, view of the pool. The staff was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was great. Also ordered off the dinner menu steak which was wonderful. Highlight of our trip and of course the falls were exceptional "

"The staff were amazing and really helped make our stay okay. However, the hotel needs maintenance. We booked three rooms, and one of the room doors did not close at all. The glass door was missing, and the bathroom fan did not work or made a horrible noise. There was no small fridge in the room, which made it very difficult to keep food or drinks. There are no kiosks or supermarkets nearby, so if you want a drink, you are forced to buy it at the reception area.
