“The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes. The food both for breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. Look forward to staying with these guys again in the future”

“1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃”

“Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything..”

“Nice hotel situated 5 minutes from Gunnersbury tube station. Lovely room, nice size with nice bathroom. Good breakfast need to work on how to cook hot beans.”

“Overall a good experience. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure and heat in the shower, and friendly staff. Only wish it had a mini fridge in the room. ”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Thank you Hand and Flower! ”
