「We ended up not staying. We pulled up and the outside looked nothing like the picture. The picture was clearly AI. Walked inside and it had a strange smell. The lady running the front was nice, but walked up brushing her hair and had a baby sling on. There was a man standing behind her holding a baby. We ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else. The reviews on the website were all good so I'm not sure what happened there. 」

「It's old school with an elevator. I liked it. I choose stairs for the exercise benefit. Loved the indoor terrarium. Always smells ice. Air conditioner is cold. I liked having the option to open my window too. It was a nice morning. The sun was shining.」

「Rude took my deposit and I spent over 500$ never brought us new towels or anything tissue paper nothing and I’m homeless with kids they only want your money they don’t care about the guest at all! 」

「The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

「The room was clean and had everything we needed. Good air conditioning, beds comfy. The breakfast was ok, but when we arrived at 7:30 am there the hot breakfast items were depleted, and the pancake maker not working. The staff were timely and helpful to our needs.」

「The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. 」

「Brand new, super clean, easy in and out. Nice quiet part of town on the far north east side.」
