“The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. ”

“My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake.
The poor service extended to the rest of the……

“Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi. We are joining HF holidays hiking tour and booked an extra night to explore Tbilisi. The Georgian staff are the main attraction because of their kindness and friendliness. This is what most travellers hanker for when travelling in unfamiliar territories. The room is spacious and clean. Nice to have bathrobes and slippers. No gym and no swimming. Buffet breakfast nice, especially incorporating Georgian food, kachapuri. Terrace lovely but gets very warm by 8 in the……

“ジョージア20代女一人旅でこちらのホテルを5泊利用いたしました。
立地はルスタヴェリ駅より徒歩約5~7分です。駅からホテルまでの道のりにはSPARという簡易的なコンビニ?やPasanauri(ジョージア料理のチェーン店)、他にもレストランが幾つかあり利便性に長けていると思います。
ただホテルの手前が結構な坂なのと、ホテル受付がエレベーターなしの3階なので大きな荷物があると大変です。(17kgのスーツケースを一人で3階まで挙げました笑……
