"Property could use a good overhaul. I initially went to the wrong room and the door frame was busted so the door wasn't even actually close shut. I pushed it open, the TV was on, and personal items on the furniture where the TV was sitting. Immediately I left because I knew someone was in that room (not at that moment, thankfully). The showers are awful, takes a while to get the water to come on and then sometimes hard to shut off. It could be cleaner. When you walk around on the floor in socks and they're filthy after it's a problem. Either they are not mopping every time or they are using a dirty mop. And maybe they realize it doesn't matter because it's the only hotel in town. But they need to take pride in the fact it is and make it nice for the paying customers."
"We had a great stay for a wedding weekend. Plenty of room for all of us and it was in a great location within the Reynolds property. Our host got back to us promptly with any questions or concerns. Would stay again in the future!"
"Wonderful communication with the host. Very cool rendition of a hobbit dwelling in the shire. The golf cart availability was super fun! Would totally be up to coming back !"
