"The bathroom was dirty with stickies from previous guest still present. Hair on the floor and on the curtain in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and the staff that helped me when checking in was very rude. Not very hospital at all. I was only greeted with hospitality when checking out."

"Everything was good. Just a heads up there is a parking fee and high speed wi-fi is an additional fee (basic wi-fi is free)."

"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children."

"The rooms are spacious and very nice. The price is acceptable, but climbing higher, close to getting out of my range. The location in White Marsh, MD is very good for me on my trips to Baltimore. I would recommend this hotel while the price is still acceptable."
