「Everything about our stay was great but the staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. 「The villas are spacious and comfortable with verandas which are very pleasant for relaxing. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Housekeeping staff's unusual towel decorations were a nice touch. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Coorg.」

Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV.
