「Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help.
My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow".
Excellent stay, excellent evening.

「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.」

「Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. 」
