「Check in was rough due to a new person working and the person training was to busy on her cell phone to help her. Made an error checking me in and at this point have paid for the room twice, so a $450 stay turned into a $900 stay. When I checked out I was told that the "boss" was the only person that could fix it and won't be back until Tuesday. Was also told that since she is the "boss" nobody else needs to know how to do it.
Room was very loud with screaming children most of the two...
