"Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Fay (hopefully I've spelt her name correctly).
Food is brilliant and the bar area is such a nice place sit. Only thing I would maybe say is the lighting in the restaurant is quite bright but that is being a bit pernickety. I would highly recommend staying there. I very much doubt you'll find better in the area. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making us feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others."
