「We were given a room in the lower part which was pretty dark with two little windows, it was a bit gloomy. The bath saved the room, it’s the biggest bath we’ve ever used, was lovely at the end of the day. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, food was very good and as were the staff. Pool was nice but certainly not a pool designed for doing actual swimming, you had to dodge round people to get across to swim on “length” . Never got to try the hot tub due to the same people hogging...

「The shower in our room had no temperature control, it waa either very hot or very hot nothing else. Also, the shower area was badly affected with black mould. The wash basin did not drain properly. The carpet was badly stained and looked dirty. The female changing room was not available with guests being told to use the toilet or to change in the room prior to coming down to the spa. Dinner was not available in the hotel although guests were invited to use "Sister" venues with a discount voucher...

「Lovely stay. Rooms are being upgraded next year, so we will return to see them then, but they were ok. Food at breakfast was nice and fresh. The view from the diningroom across the Loch was beautiful but the epicormic growth needs addressing for future visitors. Some trees at the front entrance, also need attention as they're a health and safety hazard. Looking forward to returning sometime next year」

「Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were amazing but a special shout out to the chef (Ferguson) who advised and prepared our daughter with some excellent gluten free dishes for dinner.」

「Staff were amazing could not be more friendly or helpful. Food was also amazing especially the East resteraunt. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you could need. Will definitely stay there again.」
