“Not being aware that we had all those stairs to carry our luggage up, wasn’t a good start. The unit was clean mostly but it is in need of a deep clean and de clutter of the wardrobes and hall cupboard. If things don’t work or are broken, throw them out.I had to vacuum a lot of dust build up on top of the bedroom curtains, window sills and screens before we could sleep in the rooms.Nothing I could do about the mildew on the back of the curtains.Position is great, as was the view of the ocean.……

We could not contact the host and had our stay ruined
We had to spend nearly £200 on taxis, buses and trains as well as booking alternative (dearer) accommodation in Swindon (a different city)
Utterly shocking and absolutely spoiled our trip - had to traipse around Oxford with 2 massive cases all evening before travelling directly over 2 hr to our hotel”
