"Excellent, spacious accommodation for four individuals not crowded on top of each other. The view of Ross River across the road is spectacular especially at sunrise and sunset and a short walk away is Turtle Bridge with hundreds of turtles and bird-life. If we are ever in Townsville in the future we hope this would be available again."

"The house was extremely messy. The previous tenants had let it in a massive mess. Cleaning did all they could but due to the maggots in the house it was also full of flys. After spending the first few hours killing flies it was better."

It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to shops and essential amenities. The surrounding environment made it a great place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.The interiors were spacious, modern, and very welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully arranged to make guests feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.We truly appreciated the smooth check-in process and the excellent communication throughout. It made our experience stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. "Communication was easy and accurate. Unit looks a little older/dated however it was perfect for what we needed. Decent kitchen ( with kettle, toaster, pots/pans etc), full size fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, aircon and ceiling fans, single car carport. The whole apartment was clean, and welcoming and you can tell that care had been taken for our arrival. We stayed for 5 nights for a sporting event and this unit was only a 4 min drive from Woolies/big w, 5 min drive from coles/kmart, 6 min drive to Zaraffas (big win for me!) And only 17 min drive to the beach/waterfront. If we come back to Townsville again, I will 100% re-book this place!"

"Beautiful spacious property, family friendly, safe home, though the pool table was not in working order so we couldn’t use it, and the neighbour was rude towards the girls. Rather than asking or talking to the girls like normal people do, he just screamed his head off and was pulling and pushing the fence violently until the girls said to him you could have just asked. Then he stopped and walked off quietly and then. He lied that there was police presence at the house. We did not have any police visit us at the neighbourhood the whole weekend.Thank you for accepting our booking, we come from a family oriented community and we do own properties ourselves and know the feeling of letting someone else stay, and we have big respect for other peoples property."
