I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz.

The Hotel has professional staffs, upon check in the staff was very helpful and has attention to details.
My stay was very comfortable thanks for the wonderful staff of this hotel

There were some noice in the morning because of ongoing renovation work in the hotel. My overall experience was really nice.
