“Lovely Hotel, clean, staff are attentive, fabulous breakfast. Easy access to highway. The only issue we had was our room faced the parking lot and the security light shone directly into our room. There were no drapes to pull across the window, only sheer curtains. ”

“Room was clean, must request housekeeping if you want your room serviced the next day. Tina and Barbara at the front desk were very friendly, got us checked in quickly, offered dining suggestions and directions. Work crews use this property so request a room away from them, very nice but loud and stay up late. Our room was downstairs and room above us was very loud and heavy on the floor. Hot water dispenser in breakfast room does not work very well.”

“As I checked out, I asked another guest how he felt about this place and he furiously replied terrible! The biggest issue we all had was how noisy it was from a big herd of unsupervised minors. Young boys were rowdy in the hallways and rooms. I didn't feel safe or sleep well here. Some of those boys even tried to barge into my room like it was theirs so I screamed this is my room yet they still kept trying to open my door. I didn't appreciate how the place lets adult supervision go unattended so……

“No pool as advertise on Expedia but did received email from hotel prior to arrival. Stove didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. Staff very courteous and available. Room/bathroom clean with basic supplies. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed with the morning breakfast. The food containers were empty both mornings I tried to eat. The food choices were very sub-par. An egg white omelette or a cheese and egg omelette both days. They were something placed on a baking pan and heated up. Second morning they actually put some biscuits and gravy out, but they too were very scarce for consumption. Gravy pan was empty most of the time.The pancake maker machine was also slow and when it worked made very small……

“The floor was carpeted but there are uneven spots. The room was muggy and the AC never quite worked so it was uncomfortable. The room also smelled weird. There was a school baseball team staying here that same night so it was loud and crowded which didn’t help feeling the discomfort. The staff seemed indifferent, robotic and wasn’t friendly at all.(front desk woman)”

“On this stay the linen on the bed had holes! We didn’t get any room service on the first day had to exchange our own towels! There is an odor through out the hotel! Hot pool and regular pool was not available ”

“Beautiful hotel! Love the updates and front staff were pleasant. But our stay wasn’t the best! When we checked in, our room had dirty check markings all on the toilet seat, hairs in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door wouldn't close completely as the door screws were loosely hanging out and eventually fell off. I showed front desk pictures of the room. They apologized and moved us to a different room. On inspection of the new room, it was just as nasty. There was a pool of pee in front of……
