REMODELED Luxurious First-Floor Apartment in Isla Residences

Spacious first floor apartment with direct beach access, perfect for groups, located in the gated, luxurious ISLA RESIDENCES BALI TOWER! Multiple pools available, including an adults-only area or kids pool with play area, as well! Visit the club house for a workout at the gym, schedule a massage at the spa, play a tennis or paddleball match, or go shopping at La Isla Shopping Center nearby. Access to amenities and shopping is within walking distance or facility transportation is available! Cleaning and meal-prep services is available for an additional cost.

The space
A facility bracelet is required for access to all amenities. Multiple pools and areas are available. Adult-only areas are available, as well as kids’ pool and play areas. As per property rules, only white towels and ice chests may be used in the beach and pools. 1 pool towel per guest is provided for guest use.
Cleaning service is provided 2 days per week during week-long stays. Additional cleaning days are available for an additional cost. Meal preparation service is also available for an additional cost.

Guest access
Parking space is provided for up to 2 cars. There is transportation available within the facility for access to the club house, pools, beach, and nearby shopping.

Other things to note
At time of booking, guests must agree to comply with all facility rules.
La Isla Residences Bali Tower has the following rules:
1- Facility bracelets must be used to access all common-area amenities. One bracelet per guest will be given during check-in and must be returned at check-out. Lost bracelets will have a cost of $500 MXN.
2- There are no lifeguards in pool areas. Please use under your own risk.
3- Bathing suits are required for Pool use.
4- Ice chests and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
5- All play and games are allowed in designated areas, and must not disturb or interfere with other guests.
6- Only white towels with residential logo are allowed in pool and beach areas.
7- ONLY swim diapers are allowed in pool areas. If needed, these can be purchased in lobby.
8- Beach swimming and access is under your own risk.
9- Each facility area has its own rules, which must be followed at all times.
10- There is a permitted number of guests allowed per apartment. This number should not be exceeded. If you are planning on receiving visitors, notification is required in order for access to the facility.
11- Music and noise should be moderate, especially in patio area and during late hours, in order to not disturb other guests.
12- for your safety and the safety of others, please do not rent or purchase food, ATVs, etc. Outside of the facility.
