The location is perfect, the hotel facilities are old, the furniture in the rooms is broken, the towels are too old, there are no sockets to connect the telephone, only in the sink.

Desk Staff really good, I had issues trying to buy something, normally hotels have a restaurant, that people can dine in this one was only for the all inclusive, i cudnt even buy a drink there was no service at all and everyone looked confused if i was trying to buy a drink or a burger for my kids i had to get changed get out of the hotel and find something else on the strip. Kinda annoying.

Room was very unclean and but wait the shower was terrible I don’t know what kind of guest are having is this time but I don’t think I properly to have rooms like that ! I went to the from desk to request for a better room and one of the young lady staff was NOT efficient telling me They will sent maintenance to check the whole room to see if they have any issues and then they will assing me a better one. It took almost 24 hrs to answer my request!

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.

The AC was not working, the safe did not work and we called several time to get fixed but nothing was done. There was no where to sit after 10:30 pm because they did not allow anyone outside of the lobby. They were not helpful at all. The only staff that was very helpful was the staff in the kitchen. But other then that I would not return.

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!

Everything about the hotel was okay, servers were great, maintenance service was horrible room did not have a functional AC, the safe didnt lock had to call the front desk several times to get anybody to help and several times I never got help to add also had construction at 7:00am in the morning in one of their High end Suites . We had nothing fixed or no help at all I will not recommend this hotel to nobody at all. The last night the AC was blowing at it fullest I was told by maintenance that that's all the AC would blow he also promised me some fans which he never showed up with at all I slept inside of sauna that's the way the room felt. It was horrible communication and no help at all also the hotel does not have a place where you could hang out after 10:30 they turn everything off and expect you to hang around in the lobby it's supposed to be an all inclusive but it's not at all I truly will not be recommending this hotel at all or even go back no customer service horrible experience

Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, pero es odiosa la música todo el tiempo. Deberia de haber espacios separados para la gente que queremos tranquilidad y cero ruido. Me tocaron huéspedes con las bocinas de música x todos lados y diferente tipo de música a todo volumen, en la playa. La alberca de solo para adultos, no tiene escaleras para entrar.

La propiedad está muy bien, el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento se cruzan sin fijarse qué empuja al usuario invaden elevadores y uno tiene que esperar a ver a qué hora pu de subir o bajar de las habitaciones. Yo sugiero que ubiquen muy temprano el material que utilizan para sus actividades en los pisos por ahí vi que tienen como bodegas pequeñas y de esa manera no tienen que moverse tanto al sótano Es mi sugerencia por lo demás estuvo placentera la estadía con ustedes
