“We had a great experience staying at this duplex in Fayetteville, AR. The place was spotless when I arrived — very clean and well-kept. (I will say there was odd smell outside that would drift in at times, but that is not something I can count against the apartment.) “we came to the area for my nephews graduation and did not want to stay in a hotel. This property was a short drive to anything we needed and had plenty of room for my sister and our kids. The balcony was a favorite of mine there was plenty of room and the hot tub was wonderfull after a long drive. All in all we will stay here again the next time we come down”
