Especially desirable for those with climbing skills because you have to climb up a steep lather to the kitchen or for folks like me (more heavier) walk on outside deck down to the kitchen. "Let me start by saying this house was amazing! The layout was great. The house itself was brand new with all new appliances. Awesome hot tub on the back porch. On the cooler evening it was great to relax in. Ping-pong, basketball and a video game in the garage. Bedroom are very spacious. Especially the primary bedroom.
