"The room looked onto the street and was small and strangely configured, which meant that we could barely open our bags to unpack. Generally, the room was not that clean and was showing wear and tear (e.g. one wardrobe handle had fallen off and not been replaced). The AC was good - very powerful. The shower was small but fine. The breakfast was OK. Service wasn't great - we asked for help with a taxi boat leaving the island (for an early flight) and the chap at reception basically told us to go...

"We enjoyed our visit so much. One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The standard room is big and comfortable. The lobby is huge and the service is excellent. The hotel looks much better and more beautiful than the pictures. Location: around 10-15 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station. We have a car so moving from and to the hotel was very smooth. I recommend it. We will definitely come back again."
