「While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. 「I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.」

「Hotel property looks terrible Deposit is $150 like it’s not like it’s a resort area I just argued with the front desk lady SAMANTHA very rude and ignorant who Iknocked on my door threatening to call the police just because we were 30 minutes late for checkout and informed me that she had plenty dealings with the police which was irrelevant to me I will never stay at another COMFORT SUITES AGAIN and I travel the world!!!!」
