「(+) Positiv - netter Empfang der Dame zu Beginn - gute Parkplätze, eigene Fernbedienung für das Tor - gepflegter kleiner Pool - geräumiges Zimmer (-) Negativ - trotz dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme vorab bzgl. unserer Essensvorstellungen (aus Allergiegründen vegane Ernährung erforderlich) und erneuter Thematisierung bei Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Buffet geführt, an dem es nahezu ausschließlich Fleisch und Milchprodukte gab. Aus Verlegenheit wurde uns mit Brühe versalzenes Gemüse als Alternative...

「Hlosi on the Amakhala game reserve was fabulous from start to finish , all the staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with several options per course, we enjoyed every meal . The game drives were amazing , our guide Ambe was informative and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all our questions also great fun. The animals and birds we saw here were spectacular.」

「They are still new in the market. There were only 1 bath and face towel in the room for 2 adults. Just coffee and no tea. 」

「O quarto não condiz com o apresentado no site O atendente nos direcionou para outro lugar que fedia e com a agua que saia da torneira marrom. Voltamos para reclamar, ele queria cobrar outro valor pela mudanca do quarto. Negamos a pagar e assim sendo, nos mudou de quarto, que estava disponível. Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite. 」

「When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment 」

「Only thing was location - it's more out of the way. But there's a charm to that and the staff is still great.」

「We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. 」
