Beautiful quiet apartment with sea views

Beautiful seaside apartment in a quiet environment, with panoramic sea views.
The apartment is situated at the ground level of our house, and it has 2 large bedrooms, a generous, bright living room, dinning area in an open plan, bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, separate toilet with hand basin, a fully equipped kitchen and a large outdoor area with barbeque facing the sea,
We - the owners - live upstairs, completely separate, including totally separate access.
We only walk through the backyard twice a day to feed our chickens.

The listing is for the whole ground floor of our house, the total living area measures over 108 sqm plus 30 sqm the terrace.
The apartment has been fully renovated in October 2024.
The apartment has European-style 3 meter high ceilings, solid timber floorboards throughout, one of the bedrooms with magnificent sea views, the other one right next to it in a very quiet position.
The Seaside bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a tallboy and has air conditioner. The second bedroom has two single size beds, a wardrobe and a working desk.
The living room is furnished with a 5-seat leather suite, and a 4 seater dinning suite and air conditioner.
There is a 58" LED TV in the living area with a Fetch digital box with full, "Ultimate" package access.
Wireless internet is free and available 24/7.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
PLEASE NOTE: due to sanitary reasons there is NO oven available, other than a microwave oven.
There is an entertainment area available with barbeque and outdoor dinning area where you can relax and enjoy the views.

Strictly NO PARTY policy!
It is a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it that way.
The cleaning fee you pay is for the end of lease not for daily cleaning.
Smoking will be ONLY allowed on the pebbled area, NOT under balcony or any other undercover area.

Everything seemed so smooth from check in to check out. Also, the view from the porperty is amazing.

Overall good however dangerous stairs

Great views, very comfortable unit. However the steps at the side are treacherous. There are 17 steps . They are uneven, the heights of each step is higher than regulation. The hand rail only goes part way. If a guest had any unsteadiness or mobility concerns then this is isn't the place for you.

Great location and view

Great location and view. However, upstairs was very noisy of an evening/night and all we heard were foot steps/banging hours on end. The owners would also continually adjust the blinds, when it wasn't necessary, as we would have them up for reason, only to come back from being out and them being put down again. Main bed didn't have pillows (only European cushions) - so had to go out and buy our own. Maybe would suggest having a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom in the property to keep floors cleaned.
