100m to the beach! This 2 bedroom one bathroom pet friendly air conditioned Surfers Paradise beach-side apartment is available for short or longer stays. Unlimited wifi available for work from home options. Off street parking space available.
This north facing apartment with a generous balcony captures the mild sea breezes all year round. With an uninterrupted view straight down the street, you can see the ocean from the beach entry and watch the horizon glow as the sun rises. If you are after air conditioned comfort and style just 100m from the beach you are in the right place. The decor is contemporary and minimalist without compromising comfort.
Perfect for short term business accommodation, convention centre, festival and event stays and great for a family getaway or surfing safari. The theme parks are easily accessible by public transport and the Gold Coast light rail station is just 250m walk around the corner on the Gold Coast Highway.
The functional kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. Dishwasher, combination oven and microwave and of course a nespresso coffee machine. Brew yourself a coffee or tea and perch yourself at the breakfast bar to take in the sunrise over the ocean.
The simple yet stylish bedrooms are complete with a queen size bed in one room and two king singles in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in robes and fans. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps are also provided.
A single trundle is provided for a fifth guest upon request and stores away easily when not in use. A portacot and highchair are also available upon request.
A separate toilet and bathroom/laundry with double basins complete the space. A front loader washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and drying rack are all available for guest use. A communal clothes line is also available at the rear of the property.
Guests have full access to the apartment which is street facing in a small older block of just 5 units. Carport parking is directly underneath the balcony in the car park marked, 3. Also there is parking on the street if you have more than one car, however avoid parking on the yellow lines as you may end up with a fine.
Take the staircase on your left for exclusive access to the apartment. You can also take the shared staircase on your right to enter the back door of the apartment.

Located just 100m from the ocean with beach access, this quiet tree-lined street is a pleasant alternative to the high-rise beach resort skyline. It`s an easy beachside stroll into bustling Broadbeach to your right or Surfers Paradise to your left. There`s no need to drive anywhere and you can leave your car in the carport. 50m walk towards the Gold Coast highway is a well known Irish Pub, Darcy Arms. Head towards the beach and take a left to Surfers Paradise and you can drink in the views at the Northcliffe Surf Club. A take away, convenience store and bottle shop are conveniently located around the corner on the Gold Coast Highway. The heart of Surfers Paradise is a 10 minute walk, which means you get to enjoy the quiet side of Surfers Paradise with easy access.
If you want to venture beyond walking distance, hop on the G, Gold Coast`s new light rail system which links you to the Southern end of Broadbeach at Pacific Fair shopping centre (3 stops) or the Convention Centre (2 stops and 2kms) and to the north of Southport with connections to buses and trains all over the coast and to Brisbane. Surfside buses are available and access to theme parks is a breeze. The Gold Coast airport is a 35 minute drive depending on traffic. The apartment is very close to public transport and the light rail which can take you one stop into the heart of Surfers Paradise or on to Main Beach, the Gold Coast Hospital, Griffith University & Southport.
The apartment not in a high rise and there is no swimming pool. It is on the first floor and there is one flight of stairs with a midway landing. No lifts.
Garbage trucks do their run on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at around 8am.
