“There was no complimentary breakfast even tho they’re attached to a breakfast restaurant. You’re lucky if the key card even works to get in side door. Was told they have gym passes to Gretzky centre. Apparently that’s a myth. You could pay the same and get better results somewhere else. Oh also the air conditioner was extremely loud and every now and then it would sound like a washing machine switching cycles and filling with water. ”

“Stayed here several times and each time has been a great experience.”

“Nice heritage hotel breakfast was OK. The library bar was very nice. Too bad there’s so much construction in town.”

“The property was terrible. The king bed in my room was partially broken, the carpets stained, and the furniture and couch were beaten and stained. The sliding door didn’t latch properly, and barely opened or closed. I wouldn’t EVER stay there again.”

“I am a "vanlifer" due to high rent where I lost my apartment. Brant Inn is quickly becoming my second home when I have my kids during the weekends and as the summer weather nears. I can work and save money for my next apartment AND still book rooms 3-5x a month, and be able to get by. The rooms are clean, the bedding always fresh, the shower always piping hot, and honestly, the staff couldnt be better. Already planni g a stay next week, and after the weekend. Absolutely wonderful.”

“We were there for 1 late night to sleep only as we had to head out early the next morning. Room smelled musty and stale cigarettes. Bathroom had mold around the tub and baseboard. The shower hot water was 3rd degree hot for 20 seconds then ice cold then hot again. Very cheap motel we used it for sleeping only so it did its purpose but would not stay again”

“The rooms are OK. The hotel is dated, but the price was OK. Just off the highway very convenient. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Couldn’t give a better rating because the washroom in our room wasn’t in good shape. The sink drain was extremely slow and at times, water just sat there for a while after use. Gave 3 stars since the staff were kind and the breakfast was pretty decent.”

“Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic……
