「The property itself is beautiful, but management and operations need significant improvement. Aside from the maintenance crew, most staff appeared inadequately trained in both hospitality and operational procedures.」

「On a adoré notre séjour.
Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons.
L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement.
Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir.
L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch.
Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure.
Salle de sport propre et complète

「Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal.
Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren.
Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.」

「Das Uzenie ist für uns eines der top drei Hotels, in denen wir bisher weltweit waren. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und schafft dadurch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Das Essen war erstklassig und man sitzt beim Essen 50m vom Meer entfernt mit Blick auf einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Botique-Hotel wurde 2025 eröffnet und somit ist alles sehr neu, luxuriös, sauber und technisch auf dem modernsten Stand. Wir durften 2 Stunden früher in unser Zimmer und 2 Stunden länger...

「Gorgeous setting at this location with sea view. Pool was saltwater and delightful! Nearby village has many great restaurants and a supermarket for easy meals in the kitchenette. Great layout, tv, and ac for sleeping. Wonderful stay.」

「This boutique hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were classy and modern with a sense of privacy and calm. The staff were super helpful and took care of us well! The pool is a bonus even though you can walk to the beach ! Thank you again 🙏」
