“Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. “friendly staff”

“Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits afin d'effectuer dans les meilleures conditions la sublime mais difficile randonnée qui mène du plateau de Nida au sommet du Psiloritis. Pas vraiment le choix sur Anogia, village tout en longueur et sans charme comme cet hôtel pratique mais pas du tout chaleureux. C'est un assemblage de tout en mal fait, un bassin ignoble avec quatre oies criardes, une piscine et un spa ridicules, une taverne épouvantable etc. Seules choses qui sortent du lot: l'accueil……

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Je ne peux que recommander ! J’ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de cet hôtel. Il était au-delà de mes attentes. Vous pouvez faire confiance aux photos publiées sur les sites de réservation, en vrai c’est encore mieux que sur les photos :) Il n’y a pas de réception mais tout est bien indiqué et il y a un numéro de téléphone affiché à l’entrée si besoin. J’ai séjourné dans la chambre « été » pour 2 nuits mi-avril, elle donne directement sur la place ce qui est très agréable. La……
