「Great hotel good food very comfortable close to old city 」

「Facilities are rather new,but water temperature is not consistent. Communication between front desk and housekeeping was a kind of slow!」

「For two of us (married) the room was small by our normal standards in the USA. But…TV had 5+ English channels, shower in the corner was good with hot water, and small refrig served our needs. I would have liked a breakfast area but Aroma Coffee is 30 steps from the front door. No elevator and first rooms start on the 2nd floor. There was at least another floor above us.」

「location is great, next to the Jafa center. walking distance to the old city and Mahane Yehuda market. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful.」

「This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.」

「We thought this was an extremely engaging family owned boutique hotel with rooms of different sizes, little kitchenettes. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The hotel did not provide a meal options.Therefore, I have no rating for that. We are looking to go back as a bigger family as our home base for some family celebrations coming up」
