“The room we stayed in was not very clean. The windows (interior) were filthy and have clearly not been cleaned in some time. The tub also had not received a proper cleaning for some time. The rooms claimed to be “newly renovated “ but judge by the buildup in and around the tub it’s been several years. We only received 1 coffee package in our room (2 people) and the toiletries were in desperate need to be refilled. The staff were very uninterested in their guests. We walked by staff and……

“The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. The homemade breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and drink to start the day. The staff was very friendly and kind to us. We would (and have already) highly recommended the home to anyone visiting the area.”

“I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great……

“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”
