"Clean and nice staff"

"Got placed in a room with people who were checked in until next day (was greeted by a half naked man with my 2 kids) had to wait 30 minutes to be placed in a different room. Our room was NOT cleaned shower was disgusting, snot boogers on the bathroom door and on the tv. Was only provided 2 forks when there was 4 of us staying in the room. All 3 of the soap bottles in the shower was all EMPTY completely empty! The hot tub was GREEN like a swamp! The beds had stains and black lint all over the sheets… one of the towels in the bathroom had 2 brown stains on them…. Overall a terrible stay will never be going again. I HIGHLY do not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The location was beautiful. Everyday it was like waking up in paradise. The staff were very friendly and quick to solve any problems that occurred. We will definitely stay here again"

"Flat sheets on the bed. One of them appeared to be dirty and the other had some hair on it. When I asked for new sheets I had to bring them the old ones first. They only had two towels for three guest. The room was over all clean. Had to get a new key every day as it was deactivated. Great location for us. The pool was really nice. Staff were friendly. "

"I pail for pool view however room 338 you CAN NOT SEE THE POOL. It's directly over the 2nd floor roof that's all we saw"

"Room was clean, staff was very polite, pool appeared dirty however it was too cold to swim. The hotel needs to be reconditioned. Elevator needs a makeover badly...workout area is unusable. Overall ok but in need of updates"

"Our shower did not work. Not a good thing when you have a flight early"
