「It is without doubt a different experience. Unlike staring in a conventional hotel, here you have to get your coffee, water, and tea from the floor pantry. You see small meeting rooms as you walk through the hallways. 」

「When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" while hanging up the phone!」
