"Cannot recommend highly enoigh. The villa itself is perfect. Comfortable and with all you need for a great family holiday. The location is stunning and the views make the bumpy road well worth it. But what took our holiday to the next level was all the help and advice from Barbara. She introduced us to a little cove where we could swim before breakfast as the first rays hit the water and then back up the hill for breakfast. She told us about wonderful wild beaches less explored just 30 mins away. For a special occasion she hand delivered fresh fish. The holiday couldnt have gone better. The villa delivered a beautiful setting and Barbara added the colour. Thank you all !!!"

"The property was excellent, comfy bed, great outside area, very clean, and beautiful views. Inside there's good TVs in case the weather gets bad and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend to anyone!Not to detract from the above praise, two notes on the area:The road from Syvota to the villa is a bit rough in places - it's perfectly doable but I do wish I had a more robust car than the VW Up I ended up with.Google says the walk from the villa to Ksilokeratidi and Syvota is 'mostly flat', the villa is about 150m altitude and walking to those destinations in the heat was a bit of a slog. Ksilokeraditi is well worth the visit though."

"We stayed in Villa Anatoli for a week at the end of August. It had everything we needed for a family stay inc hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a few basic condiments. Welcome package was an added bonus. We relaxed by the pool, soaked in the lovely views and recommend to other families. The road to the villa is very bumpy but we managed fine in a normal car if you take it steady. The walk to the private beach is quite steep but my grown up boys went everyday as they love snorkelling. The water is clear and glorious. Barbara was there if we needed anything."

"Very new Villa, super clean and well presented, great pool and terrace with view over Sivota bay and seas and islands beyond. Well equipped, super friendly and helpful agent managing the property who quickly sorted out any issues and gave great advice. The villa is located down a dirt track - a few hundred metres - slightly rough but passable in a car, about a 5 minute drive down to Sivota Bay shops, restaurants etc."

"The house is really an exemplification of good taste and immaculate ownership. The location was perfect surrounded by beautiful beaches and charming villages with a stunning view of the sea. Everything was clean and it was evident that a lot of thought was put everywhere, even in the choice of cutlery and bed sheets. Overall a ten out of ten experience that I would love to experience for the first time again."
