Lovely apartment with communal pool and private terrace with stunning sea and mountain views in Agaete, located in an exclusive urbanization. Spacious and luminous, with an exquisite decoration, where every detail has been taken care of, it has capacity for 5 people, distributed in 3 bedrooms. This property is perfect both for enjoying a dream holiday and for teleworking, as it has all the comforts to make your stay a unique experience.

This beautiful newly refurbished and modern apartment is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 5 people, desk and 300mb fibre Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking. With 3 spacious bedrooms, the main one with king size bed, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and the second one with double bed, both with fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single bed and a desk inside, where you can concentrate. It has two full bathrooms with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room. This room has Smart TV and air conditioning, and the main feature is the beautiful outdoor terrace, where you can have lunch and relax while contemplating the fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the mountain of Agaete. In addition, the exclusive and quiet residential complex in which it is located, has a lift and communal infinity pool.

A privileged location, less than 5 minutes by car from the beach, the port and the natural swimming pool of Agaete.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, capsule coffee machine, blender, washing machine, iron, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.There are stairs to access the lift.
