「Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!」

「We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Although there was construction on the property, it didn’t bother us much. The location is convenient, close to the port but not much immediately closeby. So, you’ll likely need a car unless you want to spend all your time walking. The only issue we encountered was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower. It was generally not hot enough, but we didn’t flag it to the staff, so maybe it was an...

「Bonne localisation. Facile à trouver. Décoration un peu défraîchie mais somme toute passable pour le charme vintage. Beaucoup de rangement. Par contre, communication nulle avec le personnel. J’avais l’impression de monologuer. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse de personne quand j’ai écrit des messages ou des questions. Cela aurait été beaucoup plus convivial d’avoir une réponse, même très brève. 」

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. 「Great location right in the port of Milos. Easy walk from the ferry. The staff were all very helpful especially when we got “stuck” on the is and when the weather didn’t allow our ferries to dock. Breakfast was VERY good and so many options. It was served early and refreshed often. The only downside is not having AC in the rooms. Summer heat might be a little rough.」
