"Please note the following details to ensure a smooth stay at Agde'Loc Cap 68. Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. The apartment is located on the third floor and unfortunately, there is no elevator. Free private parking is available on site. Linens and towels are provided, and the cleaning fee is included in your stay. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. We are unable to accommodate pets. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
