"Manuela was an excellent host and her home is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay, the beautiful views and the lovely breakfast. The drive down to the coast is a bit crazy, but that is to be expected when coming to this part of Italy. We would recommend staying here for a true and authentic experience! "

"Tutto perfetto! Agerola was the perfect choice for us to visit Amalfi Coast, from Salerno to Sorrento to Capri. Rossy Cuomo was a super helpful host. The light breakfast was great. It's a fully renovated, modern European B&B with clean, nice, spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. Excellent restaurant right next door, La Selva; and the town is very walkable with multiple eateries and shops. Driving or taking bus to the coastal towns was no problem at all. Fully recommend. "Such a beautiful property with a stunning view of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni rocks! We loved our three night stay here! Our terrace view was amazing, the room was huge and the staff was so helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to the shuttle drivers! The free shuttle to town that runs every 8 minutes was a huge plus! Grazie mille to everyone!"
"We lived our stay here the staff were amazing! Mário, Guiseippi and Serena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and get us everything we needed. After hiking Vesuvius they got us lots of ice for our sore joints. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a lovely tub and bidet. The location is great especially for nice walks by the water in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!"
"The staff was discriminating and ask my fiancée our room number during breakfast as if we didn’t belong, breakfast staff named Camila. Also the room TV does not have any channels for movies in English, so we didn’t watch any tv at all. That made our stay awful as well"
"This hotel is one of the finest properties at which I've stayed in the entire world. I've traveled to many countries and experienced some great hotels, but this is my favorite. The location is as ideal as one could imagine. It came under new ownership two years ago and they must have spent tens of millions on the renovation. The hotel is immaculate. Stunningly gorgeous with a view you'll remember for all your days. The rooms are beautiful - white, blue and green with fabulous beds. The bar looks like it is a refreshed version of a bygone era in all its opulence and charm. The food was very good. Every meal is well executed and the staff are at the ready to make sure you have an amazing stay. Superior cocktails and spritzes and a small but impressive wine list filled with local gems. A couple of people to call out in particular include Giancarlo who welcomed us with warmth and a great tour of the property while our room was being readied. He made us feel welcome from the Sergio the maitre d' is a joy to be around and a true professional. He makes the experience better with his charm and kindness. He elevates the staff and is a highlight of any dinner looking out on the sea. The restaurant staff are excellent as is the barman. It is an expensive part of the world, but when you're at the Europa Palace, you feel like you're getting service and an experience that meets or exceeds the price."
"It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go.."
"Gorgeous hotel, recently refurbished rooms, incredible service. The Don Geppi restaurant was a particular highlight! Photos honestly don't do it justice and the hotel was, unlike much of bustling Sorrento, very peaceful and tranquil"
