“We were in Chania last year and walked past this property. It looked so interesting, we tracked it down to book it for 2025 and were not disappointed. Waking up to the sea view was wonderful: sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee watching the world go by was even better! There is a supply of plates, bowls and cutlery if you want to do some basic self-catering - and we went hunter-gathering at the amazing local market for olives, cheese and tomatoes to do just that. It was our 4th visit to the hotel & it never fails to deliver on excellence, the staff are amazingly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. “Theta is a fine place to stay, very near the Atki Miaouli (nice places for breakfast) and an easy walk to all the sights, without being surrounded by tour groups. Very comfortable room, with a fine bathroom. ”

Sweetest staff and fresh breakfast buffet on a comfortable little terrace among the rooftops.. Hotel is in a pedestrian part of the old town, in a quiet alley off a narrow street that comes alive at night with outdoor dining. Quiet but very central. Loved this place.”

“Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town. ”

“I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged my transfer, and the driver was super sweet – a really warm welcome to Chania. Communication was excellent as well, everything was handled smoothly via WhatsApp, which made things very easy. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Chania’s old town, so it was perfect for exploring on foot. Overall, a great stay and I would happily come back!”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“Two flights of stairs, to our apartment was challenging, lovely big room. Great coffee, friendly staff, parking in a paid car park near apartment, some car parks are CLOSED on a Sunday. ”
