“Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut.Küche hervorragend.”

“We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ……

“Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.”

“Όλα τα καταστήματα είναι πολύ κοντά και οι παραλίες το ίδιο. Δεν χρειάζεσαι μεταφορικό μέσο, ούτε καν ποδήλατο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Η καθαριότητα καθημερινή. Την πισίνα δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε παρόλο που περιλαμβανόταν στις παροχές. Γενικά, ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία.”

“A very nice clean condo. Great location, very close to the ferry port, beach and numerous restaurants. The staff was fantastic and could not be more helpful. I look forward to visit again.”

“位置適中，從市中心內街十分鐘路程。有渡假感覺。窗外有曬衣绳，非常方便，適合家庭旅遊。房間有點舊，但整體都比較乾淨。”

“View was incredible, very large”

“Nice hotel right on the beach. Helpful staff, comfortable beds (uncommon in Greece!), modern bathroom, sea view balcony, complimentary beach towels. Our only gripe was an extra charge for paying by card in the restaurant - no extra charge for cash - haven't encountered this anywhere else in Greece in the last 20 days!”

“We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. Unfortunately the……

“We had a good experience staying in Erato Hotel. Great location, accessible to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommended!”
