「We had amazing time at Giardino del Sole.The rooms are nice and clean and were cleaned daily.The area is lovely,quiet and perfect for a relaxing break.Kids loved walking around the farm and spotting animals.We had dinner twice in the restaurant-very delicious food and very reasonable prices too.Staff is very attentive and friendly.Definitely recommend it!」

When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. 「The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning.」

「We booked a "Triple room" through Expedia. The description stated (and still does) that "The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - midnight." Well, there was no front desk at all. It is a hole in the wall. After calling their phone number and dealing with two people who showed up in person but did not speak English and one more who spoke a kind-of understandable English on the phone, we got their "Basic room" because the "Triple room" already paid for was not available.
