Friendly convenient place to stay in Agra

When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff who provided us with a complimentary packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had a 5.30am start. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Agra, it's a convenient place within easy reach of all the main sights.

It was not great hotel. The TV was not working, there were no clear reception phone number instructions, and the bed sheets were old.

I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously. Having travelled a lot in diff countries and continents to see it happens in my home town where we booked this it disappointing . Until they address these issues and implement proper security measures, I cannot recommend this hotel
