「La localización de la casa es idílica. No te puede molestar nadie. Jardín con máximo encanto. Un lugar único muy íntimo donde nadie te puede ver y donde dispones una cascada (modesta) para ti solo. 「Unique house. Amazing setting. Garden. You can hear the church bells and cows ,which makes it so special. The host is super knowledgeable and helpful. Ricardo met us at the property. Explained everything. Cleaning personnel came every 2 days to straighten the place up, which was very special. Ricardo had a bunch of yummy treats for us to start our vacation 」

「Nous avons séjourné en famille 5 jours au mois d’Aout 2023 dans la maison La Nouvelle. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter du siège suspendu pour regarder l’océan en fin de journée. Le logement est globalement bien équipé. 2 salles de bains bien pratiques. Notre fille a dormi dans le salon sur le canapé lit. La maison est située à 10min du centre ville à pied et 5 min de la plage...

「Huis is gelegen aan een doorgaande straat met regelmatig verkeer. De accommodatie is geheel gelijkvloers (vanaf het straatniveau ga je wel eerst een trp op) en heeft een diepe achtertuin, maar helaas geen tuinmeubilair daar. Locatie is prima om van daar uit het eiland verder te ontdekken. et een kwartier rijden ben je in Ponta Delgada, de hoofdstad.」

「My husband and stayed for three nights in late Aug. Rui was amazing with the check in, providing tons of information on the area including hiking spots that we were interested in. There was fresh bread and Dona Amelias (homemade) awaiting us. Both were amazing. The place is simple, cute and clean. We were ready for peace and quiet and that is what we got. I loved starting each day and ending each day staring out that big window at the landscape and the sea. We did not cook, so I cannot comment...
