“It's like stepping into the past when climbing up to the lobby. Fine woodworking abound. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating with our luggage since our departure was for mid afternoon.

“We had a beautiful room away from the town but yet only 10 min by Tuk Tuk. It’s located in the forest with wonderful vibrant ponds with beautiful flowers. The room we had was beautiful and with a jacuzzi. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very helpful in every way. I strongly recommend this spot!”

“Nuestra estancia en El Jardín fue, literalmente, una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida.
Desde el primer momento, la atención en el front desk fue simplemente maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíble: amable, paciente, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Yo no me sentía muy bien al inicio y aun así me asistió en todo, con una disposición hermosa que realmente marcó la diferencia.

“The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children.
The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away”
