「No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. 」

「Room with not hot eater at all, i did book a different hotel just to shower, they never offer not even to move me to a diferent room.
