Unique Oceanview Penthouse - Private Elevator

This unique Penthouse is located on the northwest coast of the island of Puerto Rico, minutes away from the best beaches in the area.

This two floors apartment has an interior living space of 1,800sq ft, and a terrace of 1,700 sq ft. The master room have a King Size Bed with memory foam mattress. This room includes its private bathroom with whirlpool tub. It also includes a walking closet, 60" Smart TV and air conditioned.
Room #2 have a queen size bed, with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, air conditioned, smart TV and a closet. Room #3 is equipped with a queen size bed, with memory foam mattress. This room as a walking closet, ceiling fan and air conditioned. All rooms are equipped with Smart TV .

The penthouse has 2 1/2 bathrooms in total. Fully equipped kitchen, with brand new appliances. On the 5 seat kitchen island you can enjoy your daily meals, with your family. The laundry room is equipped with brand new washer and dryer. The apartment is design to have a great oceanview from any place of the house. The penthouse has central air conditioning.

The more special part of the house is the enormous terrace. Refrigerator, decorated with palms, hot tub, and with plenty seating area.

Do not stay here!

We just got back from 2 weeks in Puerto Rico during which we stayed at 4 vacation rentals. This was the only place we had problems. The house was in disrepair with many broken fixtures, windows, ac, internet, doors, furniture. We decided to let this slide upon check in because the manager blamed it on the hurricane and we had no place else to go. Two weeks after we left the manager filed false claims saying we broke everything in the house. Really?? in 3 days a small family broke 4 windows, 2 couches, an ac, the internet, the hammock, the barbque grill, the outdoor tv, the guest tv, the sun shade and randomly lost some mysterious key to a window?? Luckily we took pictures upon check in that are time and date stamped that we provided to the damage insurance company. The floors were filthy...we had black feet if we walked anywhere inside the apartment barefoot from the minute we arrived. There was no toilet paper, no dish soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no broom to sweep up, no shampoo, no internet, no ac. I understand if something is missing but every other place we stayed at was fully stocked. The elevator is NOT private. It services the entire building and since the motor is on the top floor you hear it running all day and night...and its loud. There is a reason this place has no reviews. Be warned to stay away. There are many other nice places in the area. We stayed at three other rentals that were amazing with attentive owners/managers. With the right management in place and some repairs, this place could be amazing.
