「In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. 「The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

「Rooms are in cluster of buildings , with a wide grass lawn surrounded by olive trees in the middle . Dinner and breakfast is served in the lawn in open air . Food was quite tasty - order their dinner service - it’s lovely . Very helpful staff attentive and accommodating. Note that Rooms are quite simple and the bathroom is dated with a small shower stall . Worth the price and it’s more glamping vibes than hotel」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely like to return some time very soon. The staff are without exception fantastic and couldn’t do more to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. The scenery and surroundings are absolutely stunning and you can immerse yourself into the local culture very easily if that’s what you want to do or if you crave being in the hustle and bustle of the city then transport into Marrakech is easy to arrange.」
