“I stayed in the Freesia apartment for one month and was visited by friends and family for various lengths of time. The most we had in the apartment at any time was five, which was quite comfortable. The location is off a busy street, but the apartment is set back in a much quieter area of the building. The setup is bright and efficient.The rooms were simply but comfortably furnished. Bedrooms are small but adequate. The kitchen facilities were new, clean, and well-equipped (a few beer glasses……

“Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Es war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. das Haus war super gepflegt und man spürt das die Vermieter alles tun um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war fünf Minuten entfernt und eine gute Verbindung (3 Minuten mit der Tram) zum S-Bahn-Bahnhof Grünau. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort an der Regatta-Tribüne ist sehr schön und auch Lokale in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. ”

“The hotel was in disarray as I believe it’s still in the process of being built: there was the constant banging of construction which lasted until at least 10pm every evening, the first day I arrived there was no water, the day I was leaving there was no hot water and there were no side tables by the bed, just two lamps on the floor so if you had water or a book you wanted to leave next to the bed they were just on the floor. “廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.”

“Super zentral . Der Flair an der Simon-Dach-Straße hat wirklich etwas eigenes gerade im Sommer super schön . Obwohl die Straßen und die ganzen Lokals gerade abends randvoll sind kann man trotzdem Mit Fenster offen schlafen . (Fenster zur Straßenseite ) . Es wirkt so als würden die Besitzer der Bars und der Kiosk drauf achten das die Lautstärke trotz hohem Andrang angemessen bleibt . Dazu zu erwähnen ist das Essens Angebot dort ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Selten besser gegessen . Es gibt……
