"This hotel is in a great location, close to Nagoya Station and dining options. Our room was spacious. The shower was amazing, one of the best shower experiences in my life - the water felt soft and the layout of the bathroom made the most sense. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. "

"Very clean, housekeeping did a very good job. Front desk could do better. Laundry service is sort of half self service. There are no english entertainment channel except the news channel. Other than that, all good."
