We decided not to stay there for our 2nd night. In general, the hotel was in a good condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. “Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room. After we had left the hotel to attend an event were informed of another room (but the exhaust fans of kitchen can be loud) so they didn’t offer it to us at that time. Then while in……

“Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back”

“Lovely , clean , large room . Very comfortable bed . In a really nice area . Lots of shops , bars and restaurants close by and close to the promenade. A short walk to the Lowry which is where we went . Thoroughly recommended, will definitely stay again .”
